meet the owner: angie stine

Angie started simple shampooing clients for a local salon.  She then moved into cosmetology receiving her license in 1997.  Angie worked for several years for locally owned salons in the lake area.  She then became a focused and very involved wife and mother to Troy Stine and her four very active boys.  In the back of her mind, having her own barbershop that focused on men only has always been a goal for her.

Now that her children are older, Angie has found the time to make her vision real. She is able to put her vision and hard work into creating the classic barbershop.  Angie’s down-to-earth personality along with the love of travel, outdoors, and her boys has allowed her to grasp what’s necessary for the classic male only barbershop.

After receiving her barber license, Barber’s on Broad became a reality.  With an excellent location in downtown Lake Charles, and with the help of her family, Angie has created the perfect place to receive quality haircuts and razor shaves in a laid-back setting.
